A Waynesboro man was arrested Saturday night following a hit-and-run incident on Interstate 81, Virginia State Police said. Virginia State Trooper D.R. Hubert said that shortly before 6 p.m., police received a “look out” alert for an erratic driver traveling south in a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado near mile marker 165.
